在教育的一线岗位和管理岗位工作 30 余年，拥有丰富的教学、行政及学校管理的经验，做出过辉煌的业绩，曾多次获得先进教育工作者和政府嘉奖。在上海香山中学任校长期间，是浦东教育界知名的优秀校长，曾在 2002 年被派往美国的陶森大学进修学校管理。对尚德品牌建设、课程特色形成及国际课程融合做出了积极的贡献。

Mr. Zhang has been working in front-line positions and management positions in education for more than 30 years, thus has rich teaching and school management experience. Mr. Zhang has achieved excellent results, and has won the Advanced Educators award numerous times, and has been rewarded by the government. Mr. Zhang was well known for his outstanding performance while being the principal of Shanghai Xiangshan high school. He was also sent to further study school management in Towson University in the United States in 2002. Mr. Zhang has made notable and brilliant contributions at Shangde in terms of brand development, the formation of curriculum characteristics, as well as the integration of international curricula.
